The SKOTTI Cap is a premium, state of the art lid, designed to make grilling easier in windy environments. 
 
Made from strong stainless steel and designed in such a way, that such can be set up in a multitude of different ways that help to enhance both your enjoyment as well as an array of different cooking opportunities.
 
The first of the many ways you can decide to assemble the SKOTTI Cap is by fixing and using two or three of the five stainless steel parts to convert into a simple windbreaker but that’s not all as such will allow for a rotisserie to be attached by using just three or all four of the side panels/ parts. 
 
You can even transform such into a miniature pizza oven, when using all of the side panels together leaving one side open and closed at the top but when all five parts are combined together into an easy to lift hoo, you’ll then find you are able to cook a whole array of different foods in different styles, such includes steaks, sausages or burgers by cooking low and slow or perhaps even baking bread.
 
 Fish, other meats and vegetables can be placed onto skewers and you can benefit from using the manual rotisserie. 
 
If that’s not exciting enough, the SKOTTI Cap includes bamboo handles that also function as a pair of grill tongs but to use such as a handle simply insert the bamboo wood lengths through the two recesses in the long side of the Cap and use such to lift the cap safely, such also provides a location to hygienically store the tongs hen out of use. 
 
 If that’s not quite enough to get you excited, there’s a bottle opener integrated within the aluminium head of the grill tongs for true multifunctionality.
